Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Due to an increase in last minute cancellations and a few people not turning up for their appointment recently we have no option but to follow other salons and introduce a cancellation policy. This is not something we have wanted to do but each last minute cancellation or no-show is very costly to a small business. We would much rather everyone turns up, so please make a note and remember your appointment. We do understand that people have busy lives and that sometimes you will need to cancel or amend your appointment but please give us 48 hours notice so we have a chance to re-book the slot.

With immediate effect the cancellation policy at The Greenhouse Hair & Beauty is as follows:

• Over 48 hours' notice - that's fine, thanks.
• 24-48 hours' notice - 50% charge applied
• Under 24 hours' notice - Full charge will have to be applied
